Country Fire Authority – Plan and Prepare
Resources to help you prepare for bushfire

Visit the CFA website for a range of resources to help you create your bushfire plan.

Fire Planner - online fire planning tool

In order to assist Victorians in planning for and responding to fire,  the Victorian Government has created a Fire Planner Tool that recommends actions tailored to your particular situation.

Creating your fire plan early and taking the required steps to prepare means you will know what to do when the risk of fire increases. Your personalised fire plan can be downloaded as a PDF so you can share the details with family, friends and neighbours.

Emergency Prepare

Even if you don’t live in a bushfire prone area, it is a good idea to prepare an all-emergencies plan.  The Emergency Prepare website provides some excellent resources to help you plan for any type of emergency.

Bushfire Resilience Inc.

Bushfire Resilience Inc. is a community-based organisation which provides bushfire planning information for residents of rural and urban fringe areas. Their webinar series provides a range of bushfire readiness and resilience information.
